Assets (Systems/Controllers/Modules) should be grouped based on user configurable Sites

Right now, all the assets feel un-organized. They don't really belong to any specific place or location or site.

User should be able to create their own sites (eg. Burnaby Site, Bellingham Site, Enersys Site, etc.) and group all the assets under those sites. This would be a more organized way to group and display everything on map as well. On map, when the user hovers over a site, it could display all or some of the assets associated with that site as well.
